What is a doula.
As a labor/birth doula, I offer non-medical support to you and your partner starting in pregnancy, through labor and birth, and immediate postpartum. As a postpartum doula, I will provide gentle and positive guidance as a new parent with newborn care and education, while prioritizing healing and rest through your fourth trimester. Helping other women bring miracles into this world is a joy to life and I am excited to be apart of your journey!
